For Pool Sessions
Do not feed your dog 2 hours prior to their pool time.
Please wait out in the parking lot away from the door...feel free to call us once your arrive otherwise wait for us to give you the all clear before bringing your dog in the facility for your scheduled pool time to make sure “the coast is clear” of other dogs.
You must have proof that dogs have had up to date vaccines or recent antibody titers.
No people aggressive dogs permitted.

ALL dogs must be evaluated by our staff to make sure that they know how to swim safely before they use the pool on their own
Keep control of your dog at all times. (NO retractable leashes please)
E Collars are not permitted.
Please make sure your dog has relieved him/herself before entering the facility. There is a “Potty” area at the back of the building. (kindly pick up after your dog and place it in the waste container outside our door).
Everyone entering our facility must wear a mask, use hand sanitizer and maintain a safe distance from our staff.
Please wipe your dogs’ feet using the bucket of water and towel provided at the entrance.
Remove your outdoor footwear at the door and put on your clean “indoor” footwear while on the deck.
Make sure your dog is clean, that their nails are short and rounded
If your dog is shedding, please brush thoroughly before swimming
Sorry no pet owners in the pool.
Adults who can’t swim and Children under 12 must wear a life jacket while on the deck.
When multiple dogs are here to use the pool (friends or family only...max 3 dogs) there is a crate on the deck for safe keeping of dogs who await or are finished their pool session.
Bring your own towels, we do have microfiber cloths for sale that are more absorbent.
Bring your own life jacket for your dog, we do have rentals if you wish, or we have jackets for rent and for sale.
Bring your own treats, water for your own water bowls and water toys. (we do sell water toys as well).
If your pet has an “accident” in the pool room or on the deck, please inform a staff member immediately so that it can be cleaned properly (there is a $25 fee for accidents in the facility)
No human food or drinks on deck.
No horseplay on deck.
No glass on deck.
Anyone who is seen throwing their dog in the water will be EXPELLED FROM THE FACILITY.
When you have 5 minutes left in your rental time, we will give you a notice. Please retrieve your dog from the pool and do a brief preliminary dry off to remove excess water before exiting the deck on the east side.
Once in the “drying area” please be mindful of the time. The next dog will be entering the pool for their time while you are drying.
You may wish to take your dog outside before coming to the desk to pay or rebook as they most likely need to relieve themselves.
**Please be advised that although we keep our water chemistry at a safe level for all of us, ( on the lower side of recommended levels during sessions) although it is rare...some dogs are more sensitive and may show some digestive symptoms post swim or may develope skin itchiness.
Accidents in or around our pool/facilty
On rare occasion dog will be overly-excited while in the pool and he/she may accidentally poop in the water or around the pool;
So, please make sure your dog has taken care of his bathroom needs before you arrive.

A Reminder…. Dogs must be under your control and on leash while off the deck. (NO retractable leashes permitted) They must be supervised by their guardians at all times!
Be advised that Management reserves the right to refuse to rent pool time or to remove a dog from the facility for any reason, at any time.
